I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were not only Art Deco styled but also offered an incredible view of the bridges over the Chicago River and the downtown skyscrapers. The staff was friendly and very helpful. However, I was expecting a bit more 'wow' factor considering the hotel's name. The rooms were spacious and easily accommodated two adults and one child.

My stay at this hotel was seriously amazing! The rooms, despite the fact that the room was fully paid, were clean and beautiful, quite spacious, and well-appointed. The service by all the friendly staff was very helpful and professional. The location was THE BEST we could have dreamed of, central to all downtown has to offer. The dining experience was as pretty as it was tasty, and the facilities were top-notch.
